Today I stumbled upon an electric tabletop smoker/roaster and a "stove top smoker". I'm more than a little uneasy about the whole indoor smoker thing. The idea of listening to screaming smoke alarms for hours just doesn't quite do it for me. However, the first unit might be ideal for someone who wants to do some quick and easy pulled pork. Think of it as a starter pellet cooker.
