Spicy Grilled Hummus
It's pretty obvious that my blog isn't what one would call a destination for healthy food options. However, I do occasionally stick my big toe out of my usual dude food box and venture into things that flirt with the healthful. This would be one of those rare times. I will be completely honest and say that prior to making this I'd never tasted hummus. I know, I know... It just didn't appeal to me in the slightest. To me it had all the earmarks of something that only Birkenstock-clad folks eat.

Spicy Korean BBQ Pork
As you might expect, I love all kinds of barbecue. I also love Asian food, but I'd never done any Korean barbecue, so this was a bit new to me. It's only a bit new because it uses a lot of familiar flavors, but to a different end. The Korean name of this dish is Daeji Bulgogi. Bulgogi means "meat fire" and it's traditionally made with beef. In this case we add daeji, which means "pork", so we end up with "pork meat fire". Now, in barbecue terms that's just about all you need to know.

Spicy Sausage Relish
Here is an incredibly simple recipe for an outstanding relish to top grilled sausage. The ingredients are very common and consist of what you might normally put on a sausage or hot dog. However, mixing them and allowing the flavors to marry really does make it better. You can use this on any grilled sausage, but it's particularly good on Polish sausage and hot links. I grilled some of my sister's venison brats for lunch today, so that's what you see in the picture.
