Ranch-ifried Zucchini

In my continued partnership with Hidden Valley® I'm glad to bring you another ranch-inspired recipe. Ranch is made for vegetables, and my twist on fried zucchini would be very welcome on your game day table, or even alongside a burger as a tasty alternative to traditional fries. What's great about these is that they have a light and very crunchy crust, but there's no messy three-step breading process involved.

Raspberry-Chipotle Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I recently posted my recipe for Memphis-inspired pulled pork. Well now it's time to share how I put some of that pork to work. Pulled pork is traditionally served on a CWB (cheap white bun) with a drizzle or two of sauce, and coleslaw. That's it! It's simple, easy and run-down-your-arm delicious. I'm generally all about tradition, but sometimes it's good to color outside the lines a bit, so here I've added some fruitiness to the party.

Rattlesnake Tails

A few months ago I ran across an intriguing recipe for Rattlesnake Sliders . The story behind them stuck with me and emerged in a brainstorm this past weekend. I was at the store and tried to remember as much as I could of the recipe for the filling. In the end, I wound up with something a little different, but the basic inspiration is still there. Thanks, Rebecca.
