Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Onion-Bacon Marmalade

Most of us have a short list of foods that we've not eaten since we were kids. These foods were so repugnant that our palettes were permanently scarred. Near the top of my short list are Brussels sprouts. So, this time out I thought I would tackle something that I've eaten exactly once before in my life. My kids have never had them, so it was also an opportunity to either add something to their short list, or to expand their culinary horizons. Brussels sprouts are mini heads of cabbage.

Grilled Cheese-Steak Quesadilla

What to do with leftover steak is a frequent dilemma for we grillin' folks. We put a lot of love into creating a great steak, but we (at least I) almost always tend to go a little overboard. Here's something that I've recently come up with to make good use of leftover steak. It's quick, easy, hearty and good. Quesadillas are a great quick and easy way to use leftovers. They are basically a thin crust mini-pizza with a lid, so stuff them with what you like and enjoy.

Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu

It's no secret around the house that I think boneless/skinless chicken breasts are just this side of worthless. That being the case, I can't deny that they can make for a quick meal. The problem is that they have me on a seemingly never-ending quest to find ways to make them taste like something. This recipe is one stop in that quest. These breasts are stuffed with herb brie which is wrapped in Black Forest ham.
