Filipino-style Pork Buns
These are an Asian fusion spin on pork buns. The soft pillows are filled with pork belly that is first braised then grilled and glazed with a mixture of banana ketchup and hoisin sauce, and finished with authentic Filipino atchara. Pork buns have become incredibly popular thanks to Michelin-starred chef David Chang who owns a bunch of uber-successful restaurants. His first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar and his signature buns have made him the undisputed king of pork buns.

Finger Steaks
Finger steaks were invented right here in my adopted hometown of Boise, Idaho. The story is that Milo Bybee, chef at Milo’s Torch Lounge, created them in 1957 as a means of disposing of leftover tenderloin. To be completely honest, I really don't care who invented them and when; they are seriously good. Many of you now have a look on your face that resembles a dog that just heard a strange noise. "What in the world is a finger steak?!", you ask.
